To request a return or exchange, email support@hypgoat.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days (where serviceable).
Please pack the product in its original packaging with tags and hand it to the courier. Once we receive and verify the item(s) at our warehouse, we’ll issue store credit for returns or process the exchange as requested.
Note: Orders placed during sales (e.g., BOGO) that include free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags intact to be accepted.
