After reverse pickup, it typically takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse and complete quality inspection. Once it passes, your store credit (for returns) or exchange will be initiated within 72 hours.
If a promotional/coupon code was used, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit. (Bank refunds apply only to the rare transaction-failure exception above.)
