Address changes are possible if the order is still “Unfulfilled.” Once the AWB is printed, changes cannot be made. Email support@hypgoat.com immediately with your order number and updated address.
If your parcel hasn’t been packed, we may update the address; once dispatched, we’re unable to change it.
