CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We have an exchange window of 4 days from delivery for online orders. To initiate, email support@hypgoat.com within 4 days. All exchanges go through quality inspection and may be approved/declined. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:

  • The product is used after delivery.
  • The product is damaged.
  • The product is missing tags or original packaging.
