Welcome to the Hypgoat FAQ, where we answer the most common questions users have about Hypgoat.

GENERAL

  • At Hypgoat.com, you can make secure payments using UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Delhi NCR.

  • No for most regions. COD is currently available only for Delhi NCR.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation on your registered email ID and via SMS. We’ll also notify you once your order is dispatched.

  • All online orders are shipped from our fulfillment hub in New Delhi, India.

  • Not at the moment. You can place an order from anywhere, but the shipping address must be within India.

  • We ship and deliver pan-India. (No international deliveries at this time.) As a premium streetwear brand in India, Hypgoat focuses on fast, reliable domestic delivery.

  • Most shipments are fulfilled via DHL for speed. For other PIN codes, our shipping aggregator assigns the most reliable courier partner to deliver at the earliest.

  • All online orders from Hypgoat.com are eligible for free delivery.

  • We ship orders Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays). Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of placement, and delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Remote locations or unexpected weather may affect timelines.

  • We do not have an offline/physical store. Hypgoat currently operates online.

  • No problem—reach out via email or Instagram DMs with the product you want and complete shipping details.

    If you received an order confirmation followed by a “transaction failed” email, don’t worry—once an order number is generated, your order will be shipped (this is likely a payment gateway glitch).

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking link/AWB and the courier name once dispatched, so you can track it on the courier’s website. For assistance, email info@hypgoat.com.

  • Please double-check your details and your spam/junk folder. If your email was entered incorrectly, contact our customer service team and we’ll assist you.

  • We ship all orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days for metros and Tier-I cities; certain PIN codes may take longer. Please check your spam folder if our email isn’t in your inbox.

  • If your order placed on our online store in India hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, write to us:

  • In most cases, the payment is automatically credited back within 2–3 business days. If not, email your transaction details to support@hypgoat.com and we’ll verify.

  • Address changes are possible if the order is still Unfulfilled. Once the AWB is printed, changes cannot be made. Email support@hypgoat.com immediately with your order number and updated address.

    If your parcel hasn’t been packed, we may update the address; once dispatched, we’re unable to change it.

  • Provide an address where someone can receive it. If no one is available, the courier will re-attempt delivery once within 1–2 days before the order is returned to origin (RTO). If you request a re-attempt after RTO, a ₹100 delivery fee will apply.

SIZING HELP

  • On each product page, use the Size Chart for detailed measurements. Since Hypgoat offers oversized t-shirts, we suggest going one size down if you’re unsure (e.g., if you usually wear M, try S). You can always upsize later for a looser fit.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched and the size is available, we may be able to amend it. Once dispatched, we can’t modify items—however, you’re welcome to exchange the product. (A ₹100 delivery charge applies for exchanges.)

CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND

  • We strive for the highest quality. If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Items may need to be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags). Email your order number and clear photos:

    Once confirmed, we’ll recall the product to our warehouse and ship a replacement.

  • Inform customer service within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Keep all packaging—we may need it to raise an investigation. If the parcel was signed for in good condition and later reported as damaged, we may be unable to raise a claim. If you requested a safe-place delivery, Hypgoat isn’t responsible for loss/damage.

  • We can cancel an order if it hasn’t been dispatched—email our support team and we’ll try to process it right away. You can also cancel within 6 hours using the “Cancel Order” option in your confirmation email (where available). We do our best, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

  • We have an exchange window of 4 days from delivery for online orders. To initiate, email support@hypgoat.com within 4 days. All exchanges go through quality inspection and may be approved/declined. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:
    • The product is used after delivery.
    • The product is damaged.
    • The product is missing tags or original packaging.
  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method due to our limited-quantity production. All approved returns are refunded via store credit (gift card) only.

    Exception: In rare cases where a transaction fails or an order ID isn’t generated, an automatic refund to the original source account will be initiated within 5–7 business days. For assistance, email support@hypgoat.com.

  • A return/exchange request must be raised within 4 days of the delivery date.

  • A ₹100 reverse-shipment/handling fee applies to return orders (deducted at the time of issuing store credit).

  • To request a return or exchange, email support@hypgoat.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days (where serviceable).

    Please pack the product in its original packaging with tags and hand it to the courier. Once we receive and verify the item(s) at our warehouse, we’ll issue store credit for returns or process the exchange as requested.

    Note: Orders placed during sales (e.g., BOGO) that include free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags intact to be accepted.

  • After reverse pickup, it typically takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse and complete quality inspection. Once it passes, your store credit (for returns) or exchange will be initiated within 72 hours.

    If a promotional/coupon code was used, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit. (Bank refunds apply only to the rare transaction-failure exception above.)

  • Reverse pickup happens within 2–3 days of your request. It takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse and complete quality inspection. The exchange is then initiated within 72 hours. Once dispatched, it typically reaches you in 7–10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation when we receive the item and start processing.
