Our return and exchange policy is created to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. Please read the following policy before purchasing or initiating a return or exchange.
1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Hypgoat offers a 4-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Within this period, you may initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and unused. The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
- All returns and exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. HYPGOAT reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the item does not pass the quality check. An exchange will be accepted only once within the timeline period.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the same packaging as they were sent. A return or exchange won’t be processed if not sent in the same packaging. The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should be intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
- There should be no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
- Exclusive run items (one of one piece) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No returns/exchanges will be allowed while the website is on sale or discount.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of order placement. Any refunds are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 6 (six) months. Gift cards are non-refundable and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 4 days after the date of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
- Please note that items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.
4. EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Exchange requests can be processed only once per order.
- When requesting an exchange, please specify the replacement item you desire along with the order number. Exchanged products won’t be eligible for return.
- As soon as the exchange request has been accepted, the pick-up will be booked, and the exchanged products will be dispatched once the pick-up takes place.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
5. RETURN PROCESS:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 4 days of delivery.
- When requesting a return, please specify the order number and reason for the return
6. REFUNDS:
- REFUNDS (IN THE FORM OF GIFT CARDS) WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF THE PRODUCT REACHING OUR WAREHOUSE AND AFTER BEING APPROVED BY US FOLLOWING A QUALITY CHECK.
